Ingredients
½ cup steamed chicken fillet, chopped
½ green apple, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
6 walnuts
¼ red onion, finely sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
Vegetable salt, if desired
Black pepper
Method
Combine chicken, apple, celery, walnuts and red onion.
Dress with olive oil mixed with lemon juice.
Season to taste.
