What you need:
• Plant Nutrition Bolognaise TVP Meal Kit (100g)
• 460mL water, divided
• 400g Tin of Chopped Tomatoes
• Your choice of spaghetti
Cooking instructions:
Step 1: Add Plant Nutrition Bolognaise to a bowl with 210mL water. Stir and leave to absorb for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the Bolognaise mix and stir until heated through.
Step 3: Add Chopped Tomatoes and 250mL water, and simmer for 10 minutes until water has absorbed.
Step 4: Serve with freshly cooked spaghetti and your choice
of vegan cheese.
