What you need:
• Plant Nutrition Burger Mix (200g)
• 300mL of Water
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Add Plant Nutrition Burger Mix to a bowl with 300mL water. Stir and leave to absorb for 12-20 minutes in the fridge or until mixture has absorbed water and is firm enough to form patties.
Step 2: Roll into palm-sized patties and set aside.
