Ingredients
1 scoop IsoWhey Strawberry Smoothie protein powder
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt
1 cup almond milk (any nut milk)
1 teaspoon coconut flakes
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
To serve:
1 teaspoon coconut flakes
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Method
- Add all ingredients for the smoothie into a high-powered blender and blitz for 1 minute, or until smooth.
- Serve with coconut flakes and chia seeds sprinkled on top.
