Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 cup coconut water
1 serve IsoWhey Mango Coconut protein powder
¼ cup yoghurt (optional)
To serve
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
Method
Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with coconut flakes, to serve.
