We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in NSW where we make, pack or produce Health Vitality products. All Health Vitality products are formulated in-house at our Head Office in Sydney, NSW. We have an expert team of food technicians, naturopaths and research nutritionists who formulate, trial and test each product.
When pregnant or breastfeeding, it is important to give yourself and your baby a wide variety of nutrients. Although there are no specific contraindications for any individual ingredient in our products, we suggest you consult with your healthcare professional before taking our products.
While there are no harmful ingredients in our products, if you have any pre-existing health conditions, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before consuming Health Vitality products.

Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating which product you are referring to and our team will get back to you with answers within 48 hours.
We ship domestically and internationally. At the checkout you can choose which country you would like your order sent to, however there will be shipping charges for overseas purchases.
After you have purchased from Health Vitality we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number.
If you have any problems with shipping or confirmation emails, please contact us at email@example.com to confirm the order was placed.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the new address and we will change it for you. Make sure you send it within 2 hours as after this, your order will have been processed. Always email us if you are unsure.
If your tracking isn’t updating or you haven’t received your order, then send us an email at email@example.com and we can look into it for you.
Between 2-5 business days, however this can take longer depending on which state you are in.
The next business day, however due to the delays that Australia Post are experiencing with the ongoing impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic, Express Post will still be available and will continue to be the fastest option for customers, however we cannot guarantee that it will be next business day delivery. Australia Post will also be suspending the Express Post guarantee of a refund of the parcels that are delayed and because of this we will also not be refunding the postage of any Express Post parcels that do experience delays. The temporary removal of the Express Post guarantee is not intended to impact any rights that customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
