Yes! At the checkout you can choose which country you would like your order sent to, however there will be shipping charges.

Just send us an email with your order number and the new address and we will change it for you. Make sure you send it as soon as you have placed the order as some orders are processed as sent within a few hours.

If your tracking isn’t updating or you haven’t received your order, then send us an email and we can look at the status of your order.

Between 2-5 business days, however this can take longer depending on which state you are in.

Parcels sent with express shipping should arrive the next business day.

All orders sent within Australia valued over $90 qualify for free postage. Orders under $60 will be charged a flat postage rate of $10.

Orders will be processed during business hours (Monday – Friday). Orders received out of business hours will be processed the following working day.

Shoalhaven Health Co. will not be held accountable in the event a customer has provided an incorrect shipping address. Should this happen and the product is returned to Shoalhaven Health Co., the customer will be required to pay for postage prior to resending the package. Should the product be lost in transit due to an incorrectly provided shipping address, no refund will be authorised.

Express Post guarantee temporarily suspended

Due to the delays that Australia Post are experiencing with the ongoing impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic, Express Post will still be available and will continue to be the fastest option for customers, however we cannot guarantee that it will be next business day delivery. Australia Post will also be suspending the Express Post guarantee of a refund of the parcels that are delayed and because of this we will also not be refunding the postage of any Express Post parcels that do experience delays. The temporary removal of the Express Post guarantee is not intended to impact any rights that customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law

Opened or damaged bottles will not be refunded. Returns will only be processed after being inspected by the Shoalhaven Health Co team.

Refunds will be provided in circumstances that are seen as acceptable by Shoalhaven Health. Perceived ‘lack of results’ will not be accepted as reason for return.

Shipping costs will not be included in refunds.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
